Charlie Hoats began in the commercial real estate industry in March 2000, when he accepted a position at Paramount Properties Management and assumed direct responsibility for the financial and operational management of a diverse portfolio of properties in the West Michigan area. Since that time, Charlie’s professional experience has included management of office, retail, medical, and industrial properties for both private investors and institutional clients. In 2007 Charlie formed Trio Real Estate Management Services, with an exclusive focus on commercial real estate management. After operating Trio for almost ten years, Charlie joined forces with a longtime client to form SIBSCO Property Management, LLC, which continues to provide personalized commercial management services to real estate investors in the West Michigan market and beyond.

Charlie’s effective communication skills and professional competence make him an in-demand manager for commercial properties of all types. He is proficient in planning, implementing, and maintaining solutions to complex real estate management problems. Past and current assignments include management of Class A downtown office buildings, suburban industrial and retail properties, and smaller residential condominium projects.

Charlie earned the prestigious Certified Property Manager® (CPM®) designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management in 2007. Charlie has served on the Executive Board of BOMA West Michigan, and was elected President of that organization in 2004 and again in 2005. Charlie has also served as President of the West Michigan Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management. Charlie currently serves as the RPAC Trustee for the Commercial Alliance of Realtors®.
